Deploy VM over SLOW link

Hello all,

I need some suggestions on what I can do?  Here is where i'm at, we have two hosts at a remote site that is connected back to vCenter over a 1.5M link.  On one of those remote hosts we have one linux vm that has a copy of our standard Windows image in OVA format.  We want the remote host to pull the data from that VM locally.  What are my options?  What should i do?

We originally thought about just doing a Deploy OVF Template, from VCS or connected to the host directly, but that seems to pull the image over the WAN to the system that is running virtual client or virtual tools (vMA, powerCLI)

Thanks for the time and support, my brain is just not coming up with anything good.

install vsphere client on a local client.

then deploy ovf

Maybe I was not clear, then only system we have access to at the remote site is a Linux vm.  There is no "local clint" at the remote site.
