Custom HTTPS and HTTP ports

Im installing vCenter 4U1 and this is the warning im getting:

so if i change HTTPS to 446 and HTTP to 81 what impact will that have, is there anything that will need to be changes on the ESX hosts or somwhere else?

I think for vCenter this will have no impact (never tested although) - you just will need to be specifying the https port when connecting to VC always.

So what ports are hosts (ESXi in my case) use to connect to vCenter?

Will that have to be modified?

Ive just talked to support, they said that it will be fine but i may experience unexpected issues in a future.

So i will put it on a different new box with default ports.
