i will add the log file- please help me fix this ( this is an home lab )

You've probably input some incorrect values into your wizard. Please delete the appliance and start over, taking screenshots of each phase and the values you're supplying. Attach them here.

No problems here so far. Did you create A and PTR records in your DNS server that point to vcenter7.home.local?
