Converted Server - no video

I recently P2V a windows 2003 server using standalone vcenter converter.I have done this for several of our servers. This one in particular when powered on splashes vmware screen then a curser at top left of console with blank screen. I have checked memory, cpu, video settings. I have also deleted from datastore and re-converted. Any suggestions on things to try or look for?

Can you enter in safe mode on the Windows? Try this and remove all non-vmware video controllers you may have.

Also, if you are using vSphere, try increasing the video memory at the VM Edit Settings - Video Card.
