Does anyone know how to convert a iSCSI lun connection to a vmdk?
Is a RDM disk? In this case you can use storage VMotion (or simply do a copy of your VM).
If is a disk connected with a initiator inside the VM, you have first to "convert" in a RDM disk.
Or you can use Converter or simply create a second disk (in vmdk format) and copy all the data from the iSCSI disk.

You could setup NFS on you're current ESX servers and use Storage vMotion to move the servers for the iSCSI Lun to the NFS share.

Would that work with my setup..
I have a ESXi host running with the main vmdk on a NFS datastore and once that vm is running it will connect to the other drives via iSCSI. So now what I want to do is get each drive that is connected via iSCSI into its own NFS vmdk file. What I was going to do, but it failed was I created a NFS for the vm and once it was running I was going to use Acronis to image the iSCSI drive to the NFS drive, but Acronis doesn't support iSCSI drives. So with Storage vMotion will I be able to tell it what vmdk file to move the iSCSI into?
Thanks for your help...
