Consolidate Helper VCB

I had a VCB\Netbackup job fail. I see that I now have a snapshot on the server that failed and it shows it as Consolidate Helper as the name. I try to manually delete the snapshot and I get an error stating that it is unable to access a file since it is locked.

Does anyone know how I find out what is locked so I can delete the snapshot?

You need to power off the VM to remove the snapshot - the "Consolidate Helper" snapshot is usually a symptom of the configuration described in this KB. There's a fix but it involves using the command line.
