Connections Lost Constantly

Good day,

My hair is gone, need some help. I built a host server which seems to be running fine. Network is stable. I am on Windows 7 running vsphere in compaitability mode (xp sp3) as the alternatives didn't work either. I keep (i guess) losing my connection because i'll start off with 1 active connection and then there will be 2 then 4 then 6, every time it occurs when I move my mouse cursor in an attempt to get windows started. I can't get anywhere. Any thoughts from anyone, i'm dying over here.... Smiley Sad

Are you talking about Network connections or Console connections?

Have you install/repair VMTools?

3 times, even tried installing on windows 8 (doesn't work I know) i'm trying anything and everything I can muster. On windows 8 the client works but not the console. On windows 7 - the console works but I just can never move the mouse before it freezes and then unfreezes.

I have seen this issue with some video drivers. Do you get the issue if booting up in safe mode? Waht version of ESX(i) are you running?
