Connection to VMs from client– 2 ways?

Question,.

vCenter is on 180.16.0.200 on vSwitch0.

VMs are in vCenter  on 192.168.0.1/24 on a vSwitch1.

I have a PC with an ip of 180.16.0.20

vSphere 5 Client installed on the PC.

I want to have the ability from the PC to:

1. Connect to vCenter (which currently works)
   
2. Connect to the VMs in 192.168.0.1/24 via RDP.
   

What is required from the PC side to make this happen?

You will have to configure a route between the PC network and the VM network....I guess you can consider the VM as a normal Windows machine requiring an rdp access.

does this mean set up a virtaul router like Vyatta (vm)

Vyatta would be on 180. and set up to route to 192?
