Connection to Data Recovery

Hi,

i am a little bit confused! I have here 2 ESX 4 Server and one vCenter Server for the management. So yesterday my vcenter had some problems and i opened instead of the vcenter the esx-Server directly to shutdown some servers and i took a look into my Backups here (data recovery). Today i wanted to open my (now well working) vcenter and there my data recovery too. But data recovery says to me, Data Recovery is connected to ESX server and while this situtaion is not changing it can´t do any backupjobs automatically..

?!?!!?

what must i do to connect it again to vcenter? i can open it in vcenter but it automatic backup doesn´t work...

can somebody helpme please? i doesn´t understand that.

bye

andy

Have you check VDR credential under Vsphere client / VDR ?

Have you reboot the appliance?

Hi, i found a solution. Migrating the machine from one host to another solves the connectionproblem.
