Connection drops on migration

On virtual machine migration in cluster from a host to another .... the network connection drops & needs to connect manually.

& when Selecting the "Connected" checkbox, an error message appears & it disapears on refreshing the "Network Label" & re-select the network vlan

So i need 2 know the reason behind that & whats its resolution??

I'm not sure if this will help but wort checking. I have the same problem with a template. After creating a machine from a template on the same network it never connected the LAN. What I had to do was to convert the template back to a machine and then edit the NIC setting. Just clicking on a different network and then putting it back to the network I wanted so it would register a change and review the VMX file.

I suspect that you have a machine with old network setting??
