Cluster Summary Alert

Good Morning,

 

Recently upgraded to 7.0.3 vcenters and was unaware of vCLS.  Becoming aware of what it is and does after finding clusters with broken DRS.   My question is in the cluster summary page you get the alert "vSphere DRS functionality was impacted due to unhealthy state vSphere Cluster Services caused by the unavailability of vSphere Cluster Service VMs."  Is there a place that Powercli can see this and help me find clusters with this specific DRS issue instead of having to click on every cluster in 60+ vcenters to identify clusters that need attention?  I have not found a flag or ItemProperty that will let me do this yet.
