Here is what I have:
- four identically configured DELL PowerEdge M850 servers with two 6-core processors and 64Gb of RAM
- ESX Enterprise license
- vSwitch0 with two 1000/Full uplinks and SC and VMK configured with default settings (HA and FT enabled on the same VMK, tried to disable FT but did not make any difference)
- different IP addresses for SC and VMK (obviously)
- vSwitch1 with two 1000/Full uplinks with the same Port Groups configured (scripted install)
- DNS configured and is working OK
- Shared storage
- Same ESX build (ESX 4.1.0, 260247)
- EVC is configured in AMD Opteron Generation 3 mode
- All VMs are on the shared storage
I have gone through VMware HA Checklist (vsp_41_availability.pdf) guide and everything seems to be OK
I still get Complience Status: Noncompliant
What am I doing wrong?
