Cloning issue

Dear Team ,I want to clone vcenter server for creating upgrade test environment, cloning failed at 4% with this error message "An error occurred while quiescing the virtual machine. See the virtual machine's event log for details.

Error stack:
An error occurred while taking a snapshot: Failed to quiesce the virtual machine.
An error occurred while saving the snapshot: Failed to quiesce the virtual machine".For info I am running VMWare vCenter Server 6.5 Version. Please help
