Cannot use Customization Wizard

Hi,

I'm trying to use the customization wizard, but when I reach the point where it asks me to input the Administrator password, no matter what I put in the boxes, it always returns:

"An internal error has occured, and the wizard is unable to store the Administrator password securely. The customization cannot proceed. Please contact vmware techincal support for more information."

I was able to use sysprep to create an inf and import it.

I haven't tried this as I've abandoned sysprep in favor of simply copying a vm and running NewSID, but I have concerns with this site.

I swear that I searched for this and other items, but I can never seem to find them and always end up with someone else pointing me to a link. What gives?

Also, IE 7 can't seem to print from the forum. (I didn't search for this, and assume this is a well known issue.)
