Can't reach VCSA6.7 by HTML5

I have VCSA 6.7, both 192.168.12.104/ui/  and htts://192.168.12.104:9443 can't reach the page, got:

This site can’t be reached
vcsa.xxx.com took too long to respond.

and error message: ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

I tried it by Chrome and Edge and tried to fix it as Chrome's issue. Then, both port 5480 and 7444 have no this issue only port 9443.

Please help me.

Rather than create an unnecessary second thread in the wrong area (you make no mention of NSX)

I have this same issue, Sometimes rebooting it works for a while then it always comes back anyone figure it out?
