Can't login to vCenter appliance with "Use Windows session credentials" and AD users

Hi,

I got a problem with login to vCenter appliance by VMware vSphere Client with selected option "Use Windows session credentials" and Microsoft Active Directory domain users. When I select this option I got error message:

When I deselect option "Use Windows session credentials" and manually instert username and password of AD user I can login successfully.

vCenter appliance has been authorized in my domain, that's why I'm able to login to it manually.

My vCenter version: VMware vCenter Server Appliance Version 5.1 of VC running on SLES 11

Has anyone have any idea why I can't do it using "Use Windows session credentials" option?

There's more people with similar problems... The solution isn't always the same.

You can try following KB's to see if they might give you some help:

It seems that this issue is well known by VMware so I have to wait for the solution.

In addition I can say that it works perfect with web client after add on has been installed, but still doesn't work with standalone client.

If anyone has other idea please let me know.

Thanks.
