So I updated one of my ESX hosts to the following:
ESX400-200909001
Build Number: 193498
esxupdate query shows the update was successfully installed. I have rebooted the host.
Yet vCenter stills show the host at build number 175625 instead of 193498... Any ideas?

....also, you may try restarting the vpx agent on the Host(s) in question
service vmware-vpxa restart
and restarting your vCenter Server Service may be an option as well.
