Allow access on http to vSphere Web Access

Is it posibal to allow access on http to vSphere Web Access on the vCenter server? (vCenter 4.0 Update 1)

As default the traffic is redirection to https.

The IBM Tivoli Monitoring agent we are using needs to access on http.

Port 443 can't be changed due to a limitation for VI client connection. You can try redirecting the port 80, but Tivoli will need to accept SSL connection on the port anyway.
