Alert : "Host connection and power state " on vcenter 5.1.0

Alert|: Host connection and power state trigger on Vcenter 5.1.0 and Exi 5.1.0 goes Not responding but its running as available on direct access to esxi .

this Aler trigger automatically after again "Connect to this host.

Please help me to sort out problem

Make sure vCenter Server is able to resolve the host by its name and vice versa. Add a Host-A record with your host's IP address (which btw. is still visible on your screen shot) to your DNS server and connect the host by it's FQDN rather than by its IP address.

Issue is resolved after Proper DNS A record entry of ESXi host .So now in Vcenter 5.1.0 My ESX host never Goes offline.
