After upgrade to vCenter 4.1 can connect hosts only for 1 minute

Hello, VMware gurus! Please help me to troubleshoot my issue. After upgrading my vCenter and ESXi hosts to 4.1 from 4.0 I always lose connection to my hosts. After manual reconnect any host is available for 30 seconds and after that again disconnect from vCenter. I already tried all steps from article "Diagnosing an ESX Server that is Disconnected or Not Responding in VirtualCenter" but without any success. Could you give me any idea?

Troy, thanks a lot! You pushed me to the answer. The problem was in Windows Firewall which blocked 902. I've opened the 902 port by UDP and it started to work!
