After patching ESX hosts I loose them all from VC ARGHHHHH

I'm losing all my hosts after pacthing them, they will not allow me to readd to VC, it can see then and trys to connect then returns the error below. any help URGENT

Been there bud, I know how you are feeling. Here is what I did. Connected to the host with WinSCP transfered the update to the local machine I re-ran the esxupdate -f update from the local disk and it went back to normal after that. VC2 and ESX 3

I rolled back the VC VirtualCenter 2.0.2 Update 2 (62327), it would appear VC 2.5 does not like 3.0.2 hosts that are fully patched...weird!
