After installing VDR plug-in, can't see it on vCenter server

After installing VDR plug-in, can't see it on vCenter server on other else PC by vSphere Client:

But, can see it only on the PC where installed it throught vSphere Client.

after reboot the vCenter server, still like this.

why?

Do you see the plug-in apear in the vcenter MOD after installing ?
