When I tried to install vcenter from ISO image, it looks it need Domain Controller.

If I download vCenter ova file and imported , it will work without Active Directory ?

Hi,

Active Directory is not needed for vCenter Server. Both installations ( ISO install on windows server and vCenter Appliance) will work without it.

Hi,

See the prerequisites for vCenter. Most recommended a vC should be in member of a Domain.
