Unable to access Managed Object Browser

Apologizes if this is the incorrect location for this post.

ESXi Server 6.7 build.6.7.0 Update 3 (Build 19195723) 

Unable to access the MOB using URL https://ip/MOB.

Error received, This page isn’t working If the problem continues, contact the site owner. HTTP ERROR 401

ESXi hosts settings: Manage > Advanced settings > Config.HostAgent.plugins.solo.enableMob > Value=true

Same settings in vCenter Server.

Any ideas?

This seems to have been created in some random area, plus it is a “document” rather than a “discussion”, nobody can switch it to be a “discussion”.
