Orchestrator is it a right solution ?

Hi folks,

this is a question about an orchestrator solution

I have a virtual machine where there is' connected a tape

If I try to move the virtual machine where you' re connected a tape that does not happen

I checked and the solution to solve this problem could be the orchestration.

Now , I installed the vCenter foundation .

Install vCenter orchestrated and 'the really solution?

It should help as you could use it to orchestrate the operations you'll need to move the VM. If I'm right, you cannot move the VM because it's attached to a "raw" device. You have to disconnect or remove the device, move the VM and reconnect / add the device on the new host. This could be done easily with orchestrator if you have the workflow that do this operations.
