Hello,

Unfortunately we've only certified our plugin to work up to version 10.3.  You may be able to file an enhancement request for supporting the most recent version.

If you using VMware vCenter Operations (vCOps) Enterprise Edition and you organization uses Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) to manager your WebLogic J2EE environment, you could consider using the vCOps Management Pack for Oracle EM which provides capabilities of monitoring WebLogic 12c through it's connection with Oracle EM12c.
