My vhost availability for a few of my sites is 0%... other vhosts on the same machine work correctly.
I have turned on debug logging and have a snippet of the logfile below.. a few things that jumped out at me.. the ip of the vhost in question is 10.100.28.104.... I see a few times it gets 403 errors... Dont know why.. localsystem has access to that whole directory tree... any thoughts anyone??
I'm really stumped.... Btw, this server is DEFINITELY up.. I can hit the site in IE...
You're having a time synchronization issue between the agent and server. You can set the agent time offset in Administration > HQ Health. For example, the last line of this debug info says your agent is 425 seconds behind the server. Set the time off set to accommodate this, or use NTP to keep the system time on both machines in sync. Since some of the vhosts on the same machine are working, it may be a sporadic lag, NTP may not help and setting the offset is probably the better choice.
