service configuration changed

I'd like to monitor service modifications
what "service configuration changed"means that somebody set the service from AutoStart = true to false

[archer_hyperic]

I created a new platform service for monitoring windows service then created an alert "If Condition: startupType value changed" but it is not working as I wish ,I changed startup type many times and no alerts are raised do i missed anything?
please help as soon as possible thanks
