rc.d script for FreeBSD agent

I used the noJre tarball, because I am using the diablo jre.

This script has been made to work with FreeBSD's rc system, and fixes the problem of not being able to export the JAVA_HOME. Tested with FreeBSD 6.2 but should be generic enough to work with other versions.
