we have Hyperic 2.7 on hpux 11.00 , we have pb with pict generating with message

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org.hyperic.image.WebImage

Hi Christian,

It looks like you don't have the X libraries installed. HQ requires that the xlibs be present to generate the charts in the product. (Note that you do not need to be running X). There is an open bug around this issue to make it more apparent what the problem is:

After installing the X libraries, restart the HQ server and you should be good to go.
