how to turn off automatically alerts

Hello

I have the following problem, Hyperic is configured to monitor a http service which every day at a certain

time he is automatically disabled for one hour.

I have alerts set up for this service would like to know if there is how I automatically disable this warning during the time that the service is disabled.

Hi,

There are a couple of options. If you are using the EE version of HQ you can the Scheduled Maintenance feature. http://support.hyperic.com/display/DOC/ui-Inventory.Group.Maintenance

Alternatively you could use HQApi and call it via cron/windows scheduler to disable the alert defintion in question and then reenable it an hour later. http://support.hyperic.com/display/DOC/HQApi+alertdefinition+command
