how to add a plugin

Hi , I know HQ has many plugins to be added,I don't know how to add one.
And if I want to develop a plugin , how should I do ? Is there any tool help me to do that?

may be I don't express it clearly, I mean that how to develop a plugin , how I can code a plugin that conbined with a xml file and jar file , how to code them or if there is a shortcut to do that.That means if there is a certain tool to achieve it?Thank you very much^_^

Hi Ken,

We don't have a tool to develop an XML based plugin. We have talked about investing time in developing an Eclipse plugin to make it easier to develop an HQ plugin. We certainly would appreciate anyone in the community to volunteer some of their time to develop something :-).
