Windows Installation all ok but HQ Service not found

Could any one help?

I just installed the HQ Server  on windows , all went well , no error, however when I want to start the server it says service  not   found .  Thanks :

C:\ActPerformance\HQ\server-4.6.6\bin>hq-server.bat start

Volume in drive C is Acer

Volume Serial Number is EEBF-9059

as below:

run

hq-server.bat install

(to install the windows service)

and then

hq-server.bat start

Did you install the service? For Windows you need to first run hq-server.bat install to install the service, and then hq-server.bat start. Did you do that?

Ye all good ;thanks for the response I shall get into the details. Can you possibly answer one question at this point does: HQ allow to monitor appss on .NET and as well as  JVM platforms in sufficient details ?Does it go into enough details to be used as replacement of Visual VM and Jconsole or profiler tools that come with JDK ?

Hope I am not diverting too much off topic, it is just I needed a quick first hand knowledge about those aspects for product evaluation. Thanks in advance. If needed I can repost this question with new heading.
