Windows Event log Email Alert truncates event log details

I am using Hyperic 3.2.6.
I have alerts setup for Windows Application Event Log Errors. I notice that the email never shows the entire event log message and truncates the message. This requires that the use has to go through the hyperic dashboard and figure out when and what the email error corresponds to.

I could not find any settings that would allow the email display the entire event.

I have also tried a newer version of Hyperic but no luck. Am I doing something wrong.

I noticed that the eam_alert_condition_log table has a length of 250. I believe the email either stores the email content here or retrieves it from here.

I tried change the column length but to no avail 😞
