Windows Agent Fails to Start

After installing the windows agent on a windwos 2003 server, the agent fails to start giving the following error:


Error Contacting agen: Unable to connect to 127.0.0.1:2144: Connection refused

Check to see if there is something already running on that port. Also check if there is a firewall rule blocking incoming requests.
