Win2k3 installation issue

I receive this error when trying to add a Win2k3 server to my inventory. The agent install processes fine, however, I cannot add it to the inventory.

Unable to import platform : org.hyperic.hq.appdef.shared.AIQApprovalException: Cannot approve platform: Unable to connect to : Connection refused: connect

Hi Matt,

please check if either your HQ Agent on the W2k3 platform is still running and/or if there is a firewall rule that prohibits traffic from HQ Server to xxx on port 2144.

Weird - a few restarts of the service solved the issue.
