HQ has a concept of a global time window (for each user). The window
is visible in various parts of the app, but not in the Browse
Resources page.
When clicking on a resource, check out the bottom of the page where
it reads, "Metric Display Range". Once you change that, browsing to
other resources will also reflect the changed window.
