WSDL & SOAP support for external proxy communications

I believe that this kind of service could bring better integration support with other services. What do you think about this?

After a one year of usage
I believe the following functions are needed:
Servers offline more than day -> (servers might be reimaged)-> initiage agent install
Submit changes automatically or semiautomatically
integrate with other services
Grouping resources
Group creation and modifications
Resource description settings

Currently, there is only one way to make updates - on DB level.
I posted a pl/pqsql stored procedure to groups creation and resource mapping:
