Upgrade issues version 4.5.1 windows

Hello,

Just upgraded to version 4.5.1 from version 4.4.0

running on Windows Server 2008 32bit

upgraded Java to latest release.

Both services updated to reflect the new install path.

Old install renamed to ensure no crossover.

Both services appear to be running correctly.

Cannot gain access to the web interface vi http on port 7080 or vi https on port 7443

telnet to both those ports fails and there is no firewall running on the server.

I have reverted back to version 4.4.0 for now.

I would like to be able to resolve this and upgrade if anyone has any suggestions.

Have I missed something obvious?

I can post any log file or detail if needed.

How did you run the upgrade? Via the -upgrade parameter of the installation script?

Can you connect to the web interface by opening up a web browser on the local host, like this?

Upgrade was via the -upgrade switch.

No I cannot browse to the server on portt 7080.

Likewise telnet to the server port responds with could not open connection to the host, on port 7080: Connect Failed.

In order to perform the upgrade I did stop both the HQ server service and the HQ database service. this was to prevent messages informing me that there was already a service running and that upgrade could not proceed.

Does the server service start up?
What do you see in the server logs?
