Showing No Metric Data Available

Hi,

          I am using hyperic 4.6.6

Here when I select metric display range from 1am to 8am then hyperic shows "No metric Data Available"  But When I select range 2am to 1pm(that is selecting ending range in pm) then it shows values...

Whats going wrong here...?

Please any buddy have any ieda...???

What is your From value and To value?1am to 8am or 8am to 1am

Do you have any errors in Server log file? wrapper log file?

can you please attach the files?

Non related question - why not using the 5.7 newer release?

     The provided range is right i.e from 1am to 8am

I noticed that,for range 11am to 11.42am  shows no metric data available but, for range 11am to 11.43am shows values

and suppose i select 10pm(14/10/2013) to 11.42(15/10) then it shows values up to 11.59pm(14/10)

otherwise if i select  10pm(14/10/2013) to 11.43(15/10) then it shows all values.

Actually I have restarted agent on respective machine at time around 11.35am

But same thing is happening with other platforms(other systems with different agents)

hi,

I reviewed the logs, sadly you encountered a familiar bug - "Metric shows no result when switched to advanced mode", the fix will be in Hyperic 5.8.

Hyperic 5.8 will release in December.
