Report for Windows's installed applicaitons via agent?

Hello, long time use of Zenoss, and looking to make the switch into Hyperic. I do have a question, is there a native method, or a plugin, to view the installed applications of a Windows box, and appropriately alert/event if there are changes from the baseline?

We use opensource audit tool:
www.open-audit.org
v1 oldversion, but works ok.
v2 in beta but works also already.

All data stored in SQL, you can create any query, alert etc.
