Question about setup.bat

The file, setup.bat, does not work. I am typing it and entering it in the command line. I went to the directory of where that file is located to type in and enter that command. What should I do?

Can you paste the error you are getting.

After I try to execute setup.bat, the command prompt disappears. My computer does not do anything and it does not give an error message.

Setup.bat is working for me. I have successfully installed Hyperic.
