If you install the full Oracle suite of products, you will see that Oracle Enterprise Manager is a full featured monitoring tool that uses JMX to get oc4j stats and oracle application server stats, etc. Oracle Enterprise Manager is able to seamlessly monitor all the Oraccle products/modules mentioned above easily out of the box.
All of these Oracle apps can be installed as a Trial version on your PC.
