No metric data available

Hello,

From one day to the next hypeic stop showing the metrics. If I browse a server in "indicators" charts dont show up and in "metric data"  only availability appears, this happens for all the metrics and saved data. The metrics are still comming in, the metrics viewers that I have in the dashbord are getting updated and I still recieve alerts. We are running hq 4.6.6

Any ideas?

Hi,

Check that time is synchronize between HQ server and HQ Agent server.

Did you ever get this figured out, I am having the same issue your describe. My time is in sync.
