MIB files necessary for all SNMP plugins.and how to use and create mib files.

MIB files are typically provided by vendors to allow access to detailed monitoring information about their products. The use of MIBs to create custom SNMP plug-ins is now in our documentation at http://support.hyperic.com/confluence/display/DOCSHQ30/SNMP+Plugin.
