Incorrect alerts- Apache availability

Hi,
We are monitoring apache using hyperic 3.2.3. We set an alert to fire every time the availability was less than 100%. Now, I see numerous alerts about this, but the availability shows no dip. The average is 100% ie it was always up. What could be the problem?

Also, I checked and the Apache server is indeed up. The HQ server has access to the /server-status page.

The problem is fixed. This was due to a time sync problem.
