I am seeing some strange numbers coming back from Availability. We have been doing a series of upgrades this past month, so I know the approximate availability of the servers having been upgraded. What I am noticing it either 0 downtime, or approximately 1 day downtime (1440 minutes), but primarily 0 downtime. When I check uptime via HQ I do see the day where the system went down, uptime resets to 0, even though availabiliy does not change. Typically the platforms should have a downtime of about 1 to 2 hours. Looking at the agent.log it appears to be logging a agent 'shut down' and 'starting' that would add up to the total time down on the correct day. Any ideas as to why the Availability would be incorrect?
