IIS Virtual Directory Response Time???

I have been searching for a tool that can measure Response Time of a Virtual Directory. Basically how long it takes from the receipt of a processing request to the time it takes to send the response. I need this Response Time measurement for a SLA and the only thing close that I can find is the HTTP Service check.

Can HQ perform this type of Response Time measurement?

according to the documentation it seems there is something like a response time metric:

Maybe you can give HQ a try. Installation of the server and setting up an Agent is easy !
