If I have understood your problem correctly, you will want to modify the port for the configured vhost by editing the Configuration Properties for that service. You can reach the properties page by clicking on the Edit button under the Configuration Properties heading on the service's Inventory tab. Specify the port in the third field down on the right-hand side of the page, and click OK to update the settings. You should then be in business.
