Is there an active, (official or otherwise) IRC channel?
I've seen some years old references to #hyperic on freenode, but the channel appears to be unused now as it is empty each time I check.

No, I am not looking for a plugin, but an IRC channel where I can ask questions / talk to other Hyperic users in real time or close to real time.
